They would have taken more than five million euros from the Schlumpf family, three women tried this Thursday in Colmar

They are suspected of having taken more than five million euros from the heiress of the Schlumpf family. A sixty-year-old and her two daughters are on trial this Thursday before the Colmar judicial court, for abuse of weakness and receiving stolen property.

Cléophée Hermann is the granddaughter and sole heir of Arlette Schlumpf, wife of the Swiss Fritz Schlumpf at the origin of the collection of the Mulhouse automobile museum. When Arlette Schlumpf died in 2008, it was the young Cléophée who inherited the fortune estimated at nearly twelve million euros. There are notably Bugattis and a building located Faubourg St Honoré in Paris.

The only Schlumpf heiress now ruined

Lost, the young woman will be taken care of by relatives of her family who will, according to the investigation, abuse her situation. Multiple stays in palaces and expenses paid by Cléophée for more than two million euros between 2014 and 2017. This is what earned Josiane Seiler her referral to the Colmar court, for abuse of weakness and money laundering. His two daughters who also took advantage of the situation will be judged for concealment of abuse of weakness. Cléophée Hermann is now ruined and lives in Colmar doing odd jobs.
