The first phase will last from 1is to July 31 with the start of excavations in sectors 1 and 4 (sectors located on the upper part of Cours Brillier up to the right of the Post Office). At the same time, rue Florentin Laurent will have its direction of traffic reversed between rue du 11-Novembre and cours de Verdun, this axis will make it possible to join cours de Verdun, direction city center.

All parking spaces are expected to disappear for the duration of the work. These freed spaces allow the establishment of a traffic lane because the central reservation of the course will be inaccessible to allow excavations. The Agglo reminds that the town hall has opened the Petitespeed car park (next to the station car park on the south side) to compensate for the lack of places.

In total, the project will last 18 months for a budget of €7,538,669 excluding tax.
