All season long, our sports correspondents (Thibault and Thierry), with the support of the editorial staff of The Beauvais Observerrelayed the sports news from the Beauvais and Beauvaisis football clubs, from National 2 to D5.
And so it is with them that we have selected five coaches who made their team shine for the 2nd edition of the L’Obs football trophies.

Arrived on the bank of the USAP in March 2022, this flagship coach of Beauvaisis managed to keep the club twice in D1 before having an exceptional season this year which ended with the promotion to R3 and the Objois Cup title.
- Olivier Willay (AS Verderel) :
After the Normand challenge in 2023 (the first title following 37 years without a trophy), Verderel’s coach once again had a very good season with 15 victories in 18 matches. 1time of its D3 championship, the team moves up to D2.
- William Bouras (Bellovaques) :
By postponing the Normand challenge to 2024, William Bouras hopes that this victory will be the first in a long series for the Bellovaques clubwho also came very close to moving up to D2 this season for his first year in D3.
- Alexandre Barros (Ons-en-Bray):
Arrived this summer on the bench of Ons-en-BrayAlexandre Barros achieved a real masterstroke by allowing his team to return to D3 at the end of a season controlled head and shoulders.
- Baptiste Moroy (FC Saint-Paul) :
Emblematic technician of the FC Saint-PaulBaptiste Moroy succeeded in his new challenge which was to return to D5 with a group of friends and rediscover values that were dear to the club.
