This is an opportunity to do good business. The judicial tribunal of Beauvais (Oise) is organizing on Wednesday July 10, 2024 a public auction of real estate. These are houses located in Beauvais or in surrounding towns, seized by the courts, offered at prices well below the prices charged on the market.

For the next Beauvais court auction, the houses for sale are displayed from 18,000 euros. Four lots will be offered, listed on the site public-auctions.com.

A house with two bedrooms in Reuil-sur-Brêche

The first property put up for sale is a house with garage located in the town of Reuil-sur-Brêche. It includes an entrance, a garage with laundry area, a toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living/dining room and a bedroom on the ground floor and a landing room and a bedroom upstairs. Located rue de Montreuil, this house is listed at 18,000 euros. Its surface area is not indicated.

A house with garden in Rocquencourt

The Beauvais judicial court will also auction a house located rue de la Montagne in Rocquencourt. This includes a large room with kitchen area, a cellar, a courtyard at the front and a back garden, a garage as well as an outbuilding in ruins. Its surface area is not indicated. Its starting price is 20 000 euros.

A house with garage in Méru

A pavilion located on avenue Hélène Boucher in Méru will be offered for sale from 60,000 euros. Its surface area is not indicated but this house has a garage, land with a terrace and a workshop. On its ground floor, there is an entrance, a corridor, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a bedroom. And upstairs, a landing, two bedrooms, a dressing room and two offices.

A property comprising three houses in Beauvais

The fourth and final lot which will be auctioned by the Beauvais court on July 10 is a property comprising three adjoining houses, rue Notre Dame du Thil in Beauvais. This property also includes a courtyard serving as parking. Its surface area has not been specified either. Its price was set at 80 000 euros.
