A bridge between our history and our present, the traditional Garlic, Onion and Blood Sausage Fair invites you to gather around 3 key specialties from the South. It highlights the gastronomy of our beautiful region and the know-how of local producers and artisans.
In the market aisles, everyone will find something to fill their basket: fruits and vegetables, cold meats, cheese, bread, olive oil, spices… The artisan butchers and producers from throughout the region will offer you one of the most old cold meats, black or white pudding, many varieties of garlic to flavor your dishes, and of course, the essential sweet onion from La Garde.
And to extend this good Sunday, find activities, visits and special menus from establishments and merchants in Gardeen. Something to restore you and awaken your senses to the aromas of Provence!

Flavor Market
Garlic, onions, blood sausages, but also cold meats, olives and even wines that honor Provence: the flavors of the South will perfume the city center! Linger at the stands of the region’s artisans and producers, who will help you discover or rediscover the products that make our region the most delicious in France! All in a tavern musical atmosphere provided by the Fran6sters at 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Place de la République.
Culinary demonstrations
What would a gourmet meeting be without culinary demonstrations? The Association for Inclusion and Integration through Cuisine will cook Provençal specialties in front of you, followed by their tasting!
Procession et tradition
On the Square of the Church of the Nativity, attend the blessing of the fair and follow the procession of the bust of Saint Maur, patron saint of our City. A beautiful moment followed by a Provençal dance performance from Farigouleto.
