Lovers of Nice. This Saturday, June 22, Christian Estrosi was out to inaugurate La Bourgada, the first section of the Promenade du Paillon. During this event, the politician was accompanied by his wife Laura Tenoudji and their daughter Bianca. For this inauguration, the mayor of Nice wore an elegant black suit. His wife, for her part, opted for a charming white dress, both chic and relaxed. Surrounded by elected officials, Christian Estrosi pressed the button to reveal the charming garden of La Bourgada. On the ruins of the National Theater of Nice, there are 150 trees and shrubs of all kinds, six umbrella pines, over 5,000 square meters of surface area. The revegetation will continue on the other side of the Mamac.
A new green space which the mayor of Nice and his wife were quick to take advantage of. The day after the inauguration, the couple had their photo taken while running near La Bourgada. And they were obviously not the only ones in this area: “All weekend, tens of thousands of people came to enjoy this new fresh space and this new perspective on Nice. So don’t hesitate to go and discover the Bourgada belvedere as soon as possible.“, wrote the mayor of Nice on Instagram, in the caption of a photo of him and his wife, posing all smiles in a sports outfit.

Christian Estrosi in good shape at 68: his remarkable race under the Nice sun!
It’s no secret that Christian Estrosi and Laura Tenoudji are both great athletes. Last April, the mayor of Nice did not hesitate to run to help sick and disadvantaged children, by participating in the 2024 edition of the No Finish Line. For each kilometer traveled, one euro was donated to solidarity projects for children and youth. The 68-year-old politician’s 65,800 subscribers were able to discover him running along the Quai desUnis, thumbs up and phone in hand.
Laura Tenoudji’s husband accompanied these photos with a few words to encourage the people of Nice to participate in this charity race: “What a pleasure to start this morning under the Nice sun to run with the people of Nice!“, he wrote, before adding: “Whether you walk or run, alone, with friends, with family or even with a stroller, come and take part between now and April 7 in this gesture of solidarity for disadvantaged and sick children.” Christian Estrosi did not forget to thank the organizers of the No Finish Line, but did not reveal how many kilometers he had run.
