Work on the “Les Jasmins” residence is progressing well. The team from the group building the residence came to plant the first jasmine, the symbol of the company.

On the occasion of the planting of the first jasmine on the site of the future Les Jasmins residence, located 79 avenue du Maréchal-Lecler, the entire “Jasmins Groupe” team, arriving from Brittany, invited future buyers, investors, tenants, around the pot of conviviality in order to take stock of the progress of the work and plant, symbolically, the first Jasmine, which will adorn the park of the future senior residence.

The Jasmin group, of which Claude Vacher is the national general manager, is keen to develop a relationship of trust and lasting exchanges with owners and partners.

Accompanied by Pascal Cadeau, president, and Anne Rapilly, network director, the future buyers were welcomed into the future living space, and everyone was able to participate in potting the famous Jasmine plant, already very fragrant and flowery. .

As Pascal Cadeau points out: “Jasmins group, located in Île-et-Vilaine, in Châteaubourg, essentially aims to ensure the well-being of seniors. Unable to stay alone at home and without any particular pathology, the residences are made for them. We We want to build residences on a human scale. Everyone will have their balcony, there will be a dining room, a living space, activities, a pétanque court, two elevators.

78 housing units are planned and 20 have already been reserved, either for purchase or by investors. As Michel says “I wanted to invest in a T2, which I will rent and which I will be able to occupy in my old age, I am only 69 years old. While waiting for my old age, I will receive a monthly rent”.

And Delphine Charpentier, sales representative specifies: “there are still lots available”.

Many residences already exist in Brittany, near La Rochelle and in the Alpes-Maritimes. “We also have plans to create a youth residence, meaning young people and seniors, in Casteljaloux,” adds Pascal Cadeau.

As for Anne Rapilly, director of networks, she informs that recruitment will begin: “We are looking for an establishment director, an executive assistant, a coordinator, who will have to manage the team of care assistants, presents H 24 in the residence, a chef and a kitchen assistant, hotel agents, a facilitator and of course, care assistants.

The opening of the residence is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2025.
