Orhan Sertoglü returns to FC Dieppe, Jordan Blondel signs for SU Dives-Cabourg, Florian Brèsteau leaves FC Saint-Lô… The transfer window for National 3 clubs

Part of the next National 3 season is already being played out for the Normandy representatives of the fifth French tier. For US Alençon, AG Caen, ASPTT Caen, the Stade Malherbe reserve, FC Dieppe, SU Dives-Cabourg, FC Flers, Grand-Quevilly FC, CMS Oissel, FC Saint-Lô and AF Virois, the summer transfer window that has just started is of capital importance. While we are still waiting to find out how the Normandy clubs will be distributed (in a single group or in several), one thing is certain: the last stage of the reform of federal football wanted by the national authorities risks causing damage: the last four of each of the ten groups comprising 14 teams + the worst 10e will be aspirated to the regional level at the end of the 2024-2025 financial year.

Come back regularly to this page to find out how the Normandy clubs will build squads this summer capable of maintaining their position and why not aim for promotion to National 2. Note that the clubs have until July 15th to register new elements. After this date, the leaders will still have the possibility of recruiting players but it will be mandatory that they sign a federal contract or that they are free.
