As we approach the Paris 2024 Gamesthe shared electric mobility company Limecontinue son expansion en Ile-de-France. It announced the implementation of its electric bikes in two new towns of Hauts-de-Seine : Seals et Antony. This new offer aims to transform urban mobility in Île-de-France thanks to a practical and ecological solution for its residents.

THE Lime electric bikes, capable of reaching speeds of up to 25 km/h, offer a range of around a hundred kilometers. These new models are also more robust and have a 96% recyclability rate, highlighting Lime’s commitment to sustainability.

All plans offered by Lime, such as daily passes and Vélotaf, are available in these two cities. The usage rate is €1 for the unblocking fee, plus €0.23 per minute. This initiative represents an important step in offering the inhabitants of Sceaux and Antony an alternative ecological transport and practical, thus contributing to better urban mobility in Île-de-France.

A fleet of 180 bikes in total

In Sceaux, 100 Gen4 electric bikes have been deployed since May 31. At the end of each journey, these bicycles must be parked in the mandatory parking zones, marked on the ground and visible on the application map. In Antony, 80 self-service electric bikes will be available during the summer, before the start of Olympic events.

Residents of these two municipalities will also be able to travel to Paris using Lime bicycles via the green belt in the south of Paris. This 14 kilometer route, wooded and now accessible to Lime bikes, crosses Antony, Sceaux and Massyoffering a pleasant setting while serving Paris.
