The municipal council met in regular session.
The final financing plan for the construction of an association building was approved, following the opening of the public market bids and the signing of the commitment documents. The earthworks will start next July, the duration of the work is estimated at 6 months and should allow the inauguration of this associative place at the beginning of 2025.
The municipal council then positioned itself on a new proposal for the Plan des Abords (or protection perimeter) of the Saint-Sulpice church requested by the architect of Bâtiments de France. Several plots have been reintroduced within this perimeter in order to limit the installation of photovoltaic panels near the town.
A transfer of skills
An inventory of the costs and products of the collective sanitation service was presented to the advisors with a view to the compulsory transfer of this competence to Commentry Montmarault Néris Communauté by 2026. In order to best prepare for this transfer, a meeting of information for elected officials and town hall secretaries will be organized by the community of municipalities, Wednesday July 10, in Saint-Angel.
To follow up on the recommendations of the Allier Energy Union, which carried out an energy diagnosis of municipal buildings in 2023, elected officials decided to replace all existing lighting with LED type equipment. The quote from CT Elec was accepted for an amount of €3,600.45 excluding tax, including the replacement of equipment in the town hall, the garage, the association meeting room and the multipurpose room.
Two other quotes were also approved, the first concerns the manufacture of a desk by the craftsman Nicobois, and the second for the restoration of the parquet flooring of the multipurpose room.
