The candidates of France Insoumise (LFI) in the legislative elections in Moselle as part of the New Popular Front have been made official.

The list of candidates representing the Union of the Left and the New Popular Front in the Moselle constituencies was clarified this Saturday with the official announcement of the candidates who will represent France Insoumise (LFI) in five of the nine constituencies.

  • 1st district : Vincent Felix will be candidate, replaced by Marie-Claude Roncoroni
    In 2022 it was Esther Leick who represented Nupes in this constituency, she finished third in the voting during the first round and Belkhir Belhaddad (Together) who won in the second round.
  • 3rd district : Charlotte Leduc will be a candidate for re-election. In 2022 she won the vote in the second round against Françoise Grolet (RN).
    She will be replaced by Michel Estevez.
  • 5th district : Lisa Lahore will be candidate, replaced by Martial Hoellinger.
    In 2022, it was Caroline Racine who defended the colors of Nupes in this constituency. She finished fourth in the voting during the first round and Vincent Seitlinger (LR) won in the second round. Lisa Lahore was at the same time a candidate for the second constituency of Moselle where she lost in the second round against Ludovic Mendes (Ensemble).
  • 6th district : Claire Bladt will be candidate, replaced by Mohammed Aïfi
    In 2022, it was Jonathan Outomuro who represented Nupes in this constituency. He finished third in the voting during the first round and it was Kevin Pfeffer (RN) who was elected in the second round.
  • 8th district : Céline Leger will be candidate, replaced by Virginio Cestaro.
    In 2022 she lost in the second round against Laurent Jacobelli (RN).

These are candidates from the Socialist Party, the Communist Party and Europe Ecology the Greens who will be representatives of the New Popular Front in the other constituencies of Moselle.

These announcements complete a panel of candidates already affirmed by the different parties. Applications can be submitted until Sunday June 16.
The first round of the election will take place on June 30. The second round will be held on July 7.
