The Tourism Fund, created by the Occitanie Region with the support of the European Bank and the 5 Regional Banks of Crédit Agricole, is supporting the project to create the first multi-activity indoor leisure park in Hérault, Occita'fun in Sauvian.

The new Occita'fun park will be established, between Béziers and Sérignan, in Sauvian (Hérault), in the heart of a leisure area including sports fields, padel courts and a circus school.
The Occita'fun park will be open all year round, allowing visitors of all ages to enjoy its many attractions and activities in all seasons.
Xavier Moraga and Pierre Duhamel, who initiated this project, aim to create the very first multi-activity indoor leisure park in the department. To carry out this project, the managers are supported by one of the leaders in the field: Parc Univerland in Périgord.

They said it

The Occitanie Tourism Fund is once again committed to diversifying the tourism offering in Occitanie.
“Our multi-activity leisure park project for the whole family, unique in the region, could not have seen the light of day with the same scale, the same timing and the same perspectives without the contribution and confidence of the Tourism Fund Occitanie. Their professionalism, their advice and their kindness, in particular from Julien Coumes, the investment manager, allowed us to significantly improve the quality of our project and to envisage a more complete park which offers a more varied and more relevant offer for the inhabitants and tourists of the region”, explain Xavier Moraga and Pierre Duhamel, Directors of Occita'fun.
“A strong trend is emerging in the indoor leisure market: the rise of multi-leisure complexes which give customers the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities under the same roof, ranging from bowling to karting, through children's play areas and virtual laser games. These resorts offer a more diverse experience and attract a wider audience. Tourist destinations cannot avoid integrating this multi-indoor leisure offer. Occita'fun responds to this challenge of enriching the tourist offer by offering a range of activities accessible for the whole family. », explains Julie Khaski, Director of Private Debt, Occitanie Tourism Fund.
