A new fatal accident traffic occurred on a road in the Val-d'Oise on the night of Saturday 2 to Sunday 3 November 2024, in Nesles-la-Vallée.
Fatal accident
Around 4:15 a.m., the driver of a Renault Mégane vehicle was driving down Chemin de Pontoise (Rd 79) when he lost control of his car before hitting a France Telecom pole and ending up in the gate of a dwelling.
The driver, aged 24, was killed instantly. His death was noted on the spot by the Smur doctor who posed a medico-legal obstacle. Blood samples were taken.
The victim was alone on board.
Firefighters carried out an extrication maneuver to extract the body from the vehicle.

This tragedy brings the number of deaths on the roads of Val-d'Oise to 23. Thursday October 10, 2024, a 57-year-old motorcyclist was killed on Rd 316, in Luzarches.
Thursday October 31, 2024, a 31-year-old driver lost her life on Rd 28, in Sagy.
