The Breton country pâté of the brand Our regions have talent has been recalled since this Friday due to the presence of listeria monocytogenes, the bacteria responsible for listeriosis.

The batch concerned is 000011309305, GTIN 3564709173221 and consumption deadline set for November 9, 2024, indicates the government site Rappel Conso.

Serious but rare infection

Listeriosis is a serious but rare infection and deadly “in 30 to 40% of cases occurring outside of pregnancy”indicates the Pasteur Institute. Around 350 cases are recorded each year in mainland France.
