Referee Training in Moselle
SCA Hayange was chosen to present the new interactive version in the testing phase throughout the national territory, made up of 8 modules, allowing 21 trainee candidates to combine “learning the laws of the game” and “putting it into practice on the ground.
Online, from their home, the trainees were able to effectively anchor themselves on what they learned thanks to a dedicated space on their MyFFF account. This 24-hour training took place on the facilities of the BASSE HAM club, in Moselle on October 5, 6, 12 and 13, 2024. Club that we thank for the numerous aid to the CDA Moselle
The trainers MM. Andrivon, Sammartano and Khangy, as well as the LGEF technical director of refereeing, Mr. Lombard Matthieu, were also present to verify the correct application of this new FIA training.
In order to verify theoretical and practical knowledge, trainees had to complete a questionnaire and watch video sequences which were 100% successful. The presence of Thomas Léonard was very appreciated by everyone.
Module 7 entitled “Administrative part” is scheduled for Thursday October 24 at LED in Thionville, which will allow them to begin their experience in the field.
We will meet them again at the end of the season to take stock of their first meetings and give them the Moselle District referee badge.
