THE calls for caution raining at the start of the week. And for good reason, Météo France has placed the Gardthe Lozere et Ardèche in vigilance orange for “rain and floods”.
A powerful, feared Cévennes episode
Significant amounts of rain are forecast for the north of the former Languedoc-Roussillon. According to forecasters, a Cévennes episode is in preparation during the night of Monday October 7 to Tuesday October 8. The worst is expected in the second half of the night.
