With over a decade of experience in complex and regulated environments, Abdoulaye specializes in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, Compliance, GDPR and Cybersecurity. Graduated with a Master’s degree in MIAGE, specializing in Information Systems Management and Decision Support, he has also obtained numerous professional certifications.
Its expertise in data governance and compliance is reinforced by particular attention to data protection (GDPR). He led GDPR compliance projects in the financial sector in Luxembourg (Candriam, a New York Life Investments Company) and in the areas of audit and taxation (PWC France and Maghreb).
In 2024, Abdoulaye joined Orange Business France & International, as an AI Ethics Consultant. Its mission is to maximize the value of AI use cases while managing associated risks and anticipating EU IA Act regulations to protect Orange Business and its customers.

His international experience covers various sectors such as banking and finance, telecommunications and government, in countries such as Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, India and the Maghreb region.
Having held a variety of roles ranging from Business Analyst to Digital Delivery Manager, Abdoulaye has demonstrated the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex IT projects and improve operational efficiency through Agile and Waterfall methodologies. He played a key role in deploying critical platforms, streamlining business processes, establishing target operating models (TOMs) and driving digital transformations.
