Each actor in the territory concerned by agriculture is called to the “ballot boxes” to elect the future representatives of the agricultural world of Haute-Savoie.
In a press release published this Wednesday, October 2, the prefecture of Haute-Savoie calls for a vote. Several residents are in fact concerned by the elections of the Savoie Mont-Blanc Chamber of Agriculture. They will make it possible to designate future representatives of the agricultural world.
The elections concern farmers, sector employees, land owners, as well as other stakeholders linked to agriculture. “Everyone’s participation is essential“, insists the prefecture. This Chamber plays a “determining role in the development, support and defense of agriculturee,” she continues.

Electoral lists to be consulted at the town hall
Soon, voters will be asked to vote online or by post, upon receipt of the necessary materials. Its receipt will be made no later than 10 days before the closing date of the poll, January 31, 2025.
The electoral lists are already displayed in the town hall from 1is October to October 15. In the event of an anomaly or absence of registration, a complaint can be made to the president of the Commission for establishing electoral lists at the prefecture. It is also possible to drop it off directly at the town hall, no later than October 15.
