On Monday, I received a letter from the Industrial Services of Geneva. It seems to me that this was a proposal for the Eco21 program to reduce energy consumption. But I cannot certify this, because my annoyance at the acronym led me to throw the missive into the papers.
In my defense, I was sweating over an article devoted to the public sector’s latest gimmick, called “contaminated water.” I will clarify, since business at SIG follows one another at a sustained pace. They are also on the verge of acquiring a solid supra-cantonal reputation.
