Originally from Corcoué-sur-Logne and aged 24, Emma Corbihan discovered the pastry shop with his mother and grandmother. Learning, CAP then additional mention pastry-chocolate-ice cream-confectionery were obvious to her in her professional career.

Chocolate in all its forms

After starting out in a company in Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon, the desire to be independent made him open a first workshop in Saint-Etienne-de-Mer-Morte. From now on, it is in the GAEC du Blaison in Vieillevigne that she has transferred her laboratory. She has been working there since last month under the name “Plaisir et gourmandise by Emma”.

Emma Corbihan loves it chocolate. She puts it in almost all of her cakes, “either in the composition or in decoration,” she explains. ” In confectioneryit coats the marshmallows bear cubs. In pastry, I have a lot of orders with numbers cakes and designer cakes.”

In her new workshop, where she makes these sweets on commanofthe pastry chef also opened a space shop where customers can come on Saturday and Sunday mornings (except the last Sunday of the month).

Discovery weekend

To introduce her work to as many people as possible, Emma Corbihan is organizing open days this Saturday May 4 and Sunday May 5, in her workshop, at 2 La Barre. For the occasion, she will prepare more than 500 cakes, sweets, marshmallows, nougats and chocolates.
