It’s a weekend full of meetings and activities that is coming up Toulouse ! Between major sporting events, festivals and concerts, here is a small selection of outings not to be missed this Saturday May 25 and Sunday May 26, 2024.

#1. Champions Cup Final

This is THE big sports poster not to be missed this weekend! The kick-off of the Champions Cup final between Leinster and Stade Toulousain will be given this Saturday, May 15, at 3:45 p.m. The Rouge et Noir will try to win a sixth European champion title.

The match, which will take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London, will be broadcast on a giant screen, Place du Capitole. A reinforced security system will be put in place. Many bars and pubs in Toulouse will also broadcast the meeting. Here is the list of some places to go.

#2. Free concerts and DJ sets at the Weekend of Curiosities

This Saturday, May 25, the Weekend of Curiosities is organizing its “Warm Up” in Toulouse, with free concerts and DJ sets in several places in the Pink City. Appointment is given for this marathon of events which will start at 10:30 a.m. and end at 2:30 a.m.

#3. Luluberlu, the children’s festival

The Luluberlu festival will be held in Blagnac, in Odyssud Park, this Saturday May 25 and Sunday May 26. In the program ? Poetic shows for young and old alike, including circus, theater, films or even puppet shows.

#4. Discovering space, with the Toulouse Space Festival

It is a first edition in Toulouse, and more specifically at MEETT, the exhibition center located in Aussonne. The Toulouse Space Festival is being held until Sunday, May 26 to welcome enthusiasts, curious people and future leaders of the space industry.

Visitors will be able to meet many personalities, including astronaut Philippe Perrin who will be present this Saturday, May 25. A selection of films and documentaries will also be broadcast. Prices between 10 and 12 euros.

To note that the Cité de l’Espace will open its doors free of chargeprovided you register, this Sunday, May 26, on the occasion of a special day around sport and space.

#5. Great start for a week of games

As part of the world gaming festivalgames of all kinds will be made available in the libraries and game libraries of Toulouse from this Saturday, May 25, and for one week.

#6. A village of cultural diversity, Place du Capitole

The first edition of Month of the World, an event dedicated to introducing different cultures around the globe, was launched in Toulouse. A village of cultural diversity will open its doors on Sunday May 26 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Place du Capitole.

Activities, artistic workshops, exhibitions, concerts, numerous associations will be on site to introduce the public to world cultures. Free admission.

#7. Make a canvas

Would you rather like to paint a picture this weekend? The People and Music Festival at the Cinema organizes several screenings (fictions as well as documentary films) which highlight different peoples and their music at the Cinémathèque de Toulouse, at 69 rue du Taur. Prices from 4.50 to 8 euros.

#8. See you at the Stadium for the Flash! Festival

The Flash! Festival honors around thirty emerging artists from the Pink City on the occasion of its 2nd edition which continues this Saturday, May 25. A free festival to discover on the Stadium square, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. On the program, music for all tastes. Pop, rock, rap, reggae, soul…
