Accustomed to promoting its major champagne houses in Reims, the LVMH group inaugurated a reintegration institute on Monday, in the presence of its CEO, Bernard Arnault, and Brigitte Macron, president of Live (for L’Institut des vocations pour l ‘job). Located on rue de Talleyrand, in a modern setting, like a “job search start-up”, the Reims campus is the fifth to see the light of day in France. Each year, 500 places will be open to people over the age of 25 removed from the world of work for a course of 16 weeks of theoretical courses and two weeks of professional integration. According to Live management, applicants would record an employment or training exit rate of 80%. To join the institute, you must have been sponsored by a local actor in employment, integration or the associative sector.
