In a difficult financial situation, the PEP 50 association (Pupilles de l’école publique) has been living under the threat of judicial recovery since May 2023. On April 18, 2024, the judicial court of Coutances (Manche) renewed for six months the observation period. Management intends to maintain the activity.

“This is an important issue and PEP 50 is a large employer. We have provided proof, to the prosecution and to the creditors, that we have been able to rectify the situation in 2023.” According to the managing director Joël Janssen, these are the reasons which pushed the judicial court of Coutances, in Manche, to extend by six months, for the second time, the observation period for judicial recovery opened in May 2023.
