It’s official: Dennis Praet returns to Belgium and signs with Antwerp for at least two seasons
Dennis Praet officially joins Antwerp for the next two seasons, with an option for a further season.

Midfielder Dennis Praet is returning to play in Belgium, more specifically for Antwerp, the Great Old announced on its website on Friday.
He has signed a two-year contract with the club and has the option for a further season.
The 30-year-old from Leuven was without a contract after the end of the one that linked him until June 30, 2024 to Leicester City.
Trained with the youth teams of OHL, Genk and Anderlecht, he revealed himself with the Mauves from 2011. After 182 matches (27 goals, 39 assists), and a Golden Shoe in 2014, at RSCA, he was transferred to Sampdoria in the Italian Serie A in August 2016.
He played there for three seasons before joining Leicester City in 2019. Praet struggled to establish himself in the Premier League. After two seasons, winning the FA Cup in 2021, he was loaned to Torino for a season (2021-22). Back at the Foxes, he was unable to prevent relegation to the Championship. Last season he only played 17 games in the English second division for the club that won the title and secured its return to the Premier League. He has played a total of 107 games for Leicester (5 goals, 7 assists).
Red Devil 15 times (2 goals) since November 2014, Dennis Praet was part of the selection for Euro 2021 but was not selected for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups, nor for Euro 2016. His last cap dates back to June 11, 2022 against Wales in the Nations League, his last selection was on March 28, 2023 in Germany in a friendly match.
