Isle-Jourdain. Lislois prepare for the Crafts and Heritage Fair

The Gers Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA) is organizing the next edition of the Trades and Heritage Fair Who will be held on Saturday May 24 and Sunday May 25 at the Maison de Gascogne in . For this 3rd edition, the event will once again highlight the excellence of the artistic crafts of Gers and surrounding areas ( only). This show will bring together artisans, creators, restorers, builders and decorators.

In 2024, Lislsois and Ségoufiellois Josiane Aumégeas (ceramist sculptor), Cécile Bahrs (ceramist potter), Gérald Escafitt (luthier), Nicolas Guegan (ceramist potter), Didier Villanueva (painter, illustrator designer) and Yves Sénécal (photographer) had represented the town of L’Isle-Jourdain and Ségoufielle. This 3rd edition will make it possible to highlight and promote exceptional know-how to the general public and prescribers (architects, decorators, designers, Buildings and Monuments of , etc.), and to support artistic artisans by promoting exchanges with local elected officials and decision-makers in the region, to raise awareness among younger generations of the opportunities offered by these professions thanks to the presence of partners such as CMA Formation Pavie and the L’Outil en Main association, to create synergies between professionals in the arts and crafts to enrich networks and develop collaborations. This year again, people from Lislo will participate in this show.
