It must be said that the cake features a sublime cigarette tile reproducing the rose window of the cathedral. Manufacturing secret: to make it, Nina Métayer used a 3D printer to create a small series of original molds.

Inside, in the generous and comforting frangipaneyou find “a bit of the flavors of the Three Wise Men”, namely cinnamon and caramelbut also chopped roasted almonds. The puff pastry is made with T80 and small spelled flour and Charentes-Poitou AOP butter.
