Semi-final pie championship 2021 in Lyon.
Established on the Presqu’île since December 5, the Bru boutique offers a wide range of original and aesthetic pie recipes.
Last December 5 marked the opening of the Bru boutique, a delicatessen dedicated to pâté. Run by Lyonnais Bruno Poncet, the address in the second arrondissement (7 rue Dubois) offers you the chance to rediscover the pâté in different forms, through a wide range of recipes.
Bru for Bruno
A store named “Bru” in reference to its creator Bruno Poncet, from Lyon with an original career. Because although Bruno now holds a CAP in delicatessen and catering, he was an entrepreneur in sales, commerce and real estate. A new string to his bow, resulting from his numerous experiences in the field of charcuterie, with big names in gastronomy such as Jérémie Crauser, Yohan Lastre, and Cédric Maziller.
The crusty pâté revisited
At Bru, the charcutier offers around ten shades of pâté, including six savory, two sweet, two vegetarian and one cheese. Among these are traditional recipes, but also some more original ones, such as Thai pâté, composed of soy-marinated pork, coconut-marinated chicken and lemongrass. All in a thoughtful and unique pâté design according to the recipe.
In order to offer the best possible pâtés, Bruno Poncet uses quality products, non-nitrite meat and organic and seasonal products.
The store is open from Tuesday to Sunday and will be open exceptionally on Monday December 30.
