They are used to partying all year round, but at the cabaret too, New Year’s Eve is a bit of a special evening. Le Diamant bleu, located in Barville-en-Gâtinais, will be open for New Year’s Eve.
As in the restaurants open that evening, the menu will be different from usual evenings: sea bream ceviche, avocado and lack as well as foie gras ravioli as a starter; almost veal and paradise pepper jus as a main course; Olivet with foie gras and Compté eighteen months cheese and “Cancan dessert” for dessert.
Party until the end of the night
After the meal, the Origins 2 show, a renewed and enriched version of the anniversary show, which last year celebrated the establishment’s twenty years of existence, will be performed by the troupe.
Its plot: the history of the Meyer family, who gave birth to this cabaret in the heart of Gâtinais. “We wanted to tell a true story, while retaining the feathers and the French cancan that make up our identity. It’s a biographical musical,” explained Patrick Meyer, the director of the establishment, when announcing the show. .
Finally, the dance floor will be revealed at the end of the evening and the guests will in turn, and undoubtedly with as much grace as the artists, be able to twist and waltz.
