American YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, better known by MrBeast, keeps everyone on tenterhooks whenever he announces his plans. He has recently finished his reality competition show Beast Games which is now available on Prime Video.
While speaking to athlete Noah Lyles in a podcast, the YouTuber mentioned his upcoming plan with his private jet. The plan is a challenge for two Aviation school graduates who would have to live in the plane for 100 days to be able to own it permanently. Donaldson said:
“This one is crazy. We bought a private jet. We found two people who just graduated Aviation school, put them inside the jet, close the door. I said, ‘If you guys live in this private jet for 100 days, I’ll let you keep it. It’s a really nice jet like a Hawker 2000 or whatever.”
His idea has left the internet divided. Many posed questions about the possibility of providing unlimited fuel while others noted it was a waste of time and effort. One X user wrote:
“Risking their lives for entertainment.”
Most X users appreciated MrBeast’s idea of living in a private jet while others noted that financial rewards would have been better than the plane.
“i could live in a private jet for the rest of my life,” a social media user noted.
““if they make it” is wild,” a person commented on X.
“I miss when he gave random people money, not airplanes,” a netizen remarked.
As others pointed out the logistics of the idea, netizens asked why the YouTuber even had a private jet in the first place.
“But do they have access to wifi? And is the plane airborne the whole time?” an online commentator mentioned.
“MrBeast is gonna run out of ideas eventually,” an internet user opined.
“What do you do if you win a plane? eBay? Park it in your driveway..? Seems like an awkward prize,” a netizen questioned.
MrBeast said the individuals could fly the private jet anywhere in the world
While speaking to Noah Lyles, MrBeast said the two individuals performing the challenge would be able to fly the aircraft anywhere in the world. They will be provided with unlimited fuel. He added:
“They can fly the jet to New York, land it and then Uber Eats some like pizza you know and then but they can’t leave it. They can open the door, Uber Eats driver gives them the pizza and they can fly to California.”
However, the only requirement is that they must stay in the jet for 100 days to keep it. The clip was also shared by X account ‘FearBuck’ and MrBeast commented below it saying:
“Would you guys live in a private jet for 100 days to keep it?”
Recently, MrBeast shared on the Beyond the Record podcast that he had exclusive access to the pyramids of Giza for 100 hours. The announcement, which quickly went viral, included plans for a video featuring him exploring the pyramids extensively and even staying overnight, with the site entirely to himself.
