This Saturday, June 29, 2024 marks the great return of Fort Boyard ! Like every year, France 2 broadcasts the entertainment program from 9:10 p.m. on Saturdays in the summer. This 35th anniversary edition is presented by Olivier Minne. As usual, the host is accompanied by Father Fouras, but not only that! The show has several new features and many surprises!
Fort Boyard: New games set up
“Each edition, we reinvent ourselves, and more particularly this year. I’m not overselling this season by saying we’re going to have an eyeful“, promises the host. First of all, the production has set up “forbidden cells” which contain new challenges. Thus, several new games can be found on the air of Fort Boyard like Viking, Château Boyard, La Supérette, Perches or Double Rocket-man. Enough to keep loyal viewers of the legendary program on the edge of their seats.
Fort Boyard: Several characters arrive
The other new feature concerns the characters. Several of them are making their arrival in Fort Boyard during this 35th season. Indeed, Booster, the tavern keeper, a submarine pilot, a banished time master, Bleue, Anne-Gaëlle and a pirate join the gang. Willy Rovelli will open, as he has done in previous editions, his gourmet restaurant with an unappetizing menu. For his part, Cyril Gossbo will revisit the classics of cinema in his own way.
Passe-Partout and Passe-Muraille face a major new feature in Fort Boyard
Two other iconic characters will be there: Passe-Partout and Passe-Muraille. And they will be subject to a big change: they will talk! Even more, the Passe duo will take power of the Fort.It’s both surprising and very impactful.“, announces Julien Magne, general director of ALP, a company producing Fort Boyard. Passe-Partout will give two valuable tips to the candidates to try to win a key and a clue. As for Passe-Muraille, he will face a candidate in a test and will abandon disguises! A choice that the production explains by a desire to “position the character differently“.
