“I am so stressed and happy at the same time to speak to all of you,” breathes the singer in a video published on his Instagram account Wednesday evening, before trying to explain the reasons for his action. The investigation into the facts confirmed that the shooting was deliberately provoked by the singer himself. The investigations are now complete.

“For some time I had developed bad habits. I got into a spiral that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I lost myself. I really regret everything that happened,” confides the artist.

“My daughter almost lost her father”

“All that isn’t part of me, I’m not a boy like that. This is why I wanted to apologize to you today,” the singer continues.

“I almost lost my life, the love of my family, my audience, my friends. My daughter almost lost her father. I don’t know what happened. I don’t intend to do these things again, obviously, which destroy people. I want to go back to being the boy I was, that I am deep inside,” he assures.

He thanks the Pessac caregivers

“The most important thing is to learn from your mistakes. We can always get back up. Nothing is fixed in life. The most important thing is to understand and get help, which is what I do today,” he confesses. “It’s up to me now to show you who I am, to regain your trust. We need action and I will do everything to be up to the task now,” he summarizes, while thanking the caregivers at the Pessac hospital and the Mont-de-Marsan prosecutor “for having gone to the trouble to understand the complexity of this situation.

“I look forward to seeing you again, see you soon,” concludes the singer.
