Several highlights marked the opening of the 19th edition of the Mawazine Rythmes du Monde Festival, scheduled until June 29. Back to the weekend concerts.


The audience of the Mawazine Rythmes du Monde Festival was able to experience moments of emotion and happiness during the opening weekend. On Friday June 21, he had a meeting with Australian singer Kylie Minogue, one of the most anticipated artists of the festival. It must be said that the artist electrified the OLM Souissi stage with a breathtaking performance. The diva did not fail to interact with the public in the intervals while expressing her joy at being present for the second time in Morocco. “You are lucky to have Mawazine which brings together so many incredible artists,” she told the audience. Present on the world music scene for more than forty years, Kylie Minogue became known as a teenager thanks to her role in the Australian television series “Neighbors” in the 1980s. Festival-goers also had an appointment at the Mohammed V Theater in Rabat with Lebanese singer Carole Samaha. This artist gave a memorable concert. The Lebanese artist offered the public a moment of romance thanks to her distinguished songs which continue to garner millions of views on the YouTube platform, achieving increasing popularity every year. Carole Samaha also wanted to share with her fans her latest musical works, such as the song “Idhak ya Kalbi”, released only 10 days ago and which has already exceeded one million views. The public was able to appreciate several songs from his repertoire including “Choukran”, “Khalik Bhalak” and “Ya Rab”, which is a duet made 11 years ago with the Lebanese artist Marwan Khoury, who had a success in the Arab world.

It was in an atmosphere of exaltation that the French rapper made his entrance on stage to the applause of his fans from all walks of life. Thanks to contagious energy, La Fève was able to create an immediate connection with his audience by offering them a thrilling rhythmic journey. From the first notes, a wave of enthusiasm ran through the audience who let themselves be carried away by the catchy beats and the captivating rhythm of the music. By performing his most famous hits, the French rap gem was able to captivate his audience, creating an instant connection with his fans.
