It’s a bit of a surprise to the chef. A new complex offering a restaurantA puband an guinguetteon the same site, will open in Toulouse.
THE Complex 101 will open near metro line A, in Balma-Gramont. This project was initiated by Gaëtan Delmas And Jean-François Fernandez, the managers of the O’Club by Charleston nightclub, located a few meters away.
Instead of a gym
Complexe 101 takes the place of Movida, a former sports hall, closed for several months. It will develop in several stages.
The first stage takes place on Monday June 17, 2024 with the opening of the Restaurant du 101. An establishment that will shine with its careful decor and cozy atmosphere.
“We worked a lot on the room, on the acoustics. We wanted a cozy atmosphere. It’s a project that we have been mulling over for years with the desire to create a very pretty restaurant, very pleasant for our customers,” explains Jean-François Fernandez to Toulouse news.
French cuisine
On the kitchen side, the two partners announce that the establishment will offer “homemade French cuisine, giving pride of place to regional products: it will be very beautiful bistronomy”, assures Jean-François Fernandez. All at reasonable prices, promise the managers who announce a formula at 23 euros for lunch (two starters of your choice, a fish or a meat, two desserts of your choice).
“We will have pastry specialists in the kitchen, and a cocktail specialist,” adds Jean-François Fernandez.
The restaurant starts its activity Monday June 17 at 12 p.m. It will then be open 7 days a week, from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., then from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekdays, then from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends.
The tavern will open in a few days
In a few days, it’s the tavern of complex 101 which will in turn open.
To do this, managers think big. The parking lot that currently exists will be completely greened and covered with a Berber tent.
The pub in September
After the restaurant, and after the tavern, it’s the Bistrot du 101 which will open. Its facade will be visible from the road to Agde.
The opening will be effective at the beginning of September.
Evenings will be regularly organized there, and sporting events will be broadcast.
