In the program

  • Workshop 1: Everyday eco-gestures

The speaker will help you discover eco-friendly actions to adopt at home and in the garden. You will discover how to save energy and make room for biodiversity by learning simple and inexpensive techniques to preserve the environment.

  • Workshop 2: Eco-friendly gestures in the garden

An ideal activity for recharging your batteries, gardening is also extremely rewarding when the garden begins to evolve thanks to the care provided. An environmental educator will discuss the main principles of plant life in order to better understand their particularities.

  • Workshop 3: Sustainable food

A dietician will help you discover tips and tricks for integrating sustainable eating into your daily life, as well as anti-waste recipe ideas.

  • Workshop 4: Eco-gestures in the kitchen

A dietitian will teach you how to cook leftovers (zero waste technique), choose the right utensils/containers (glass, stainless steel) and master the different cooking methods.

  • Workshop 5: Putting it into practice

An environmental educator will provide the keys to successful composting. You will close this cycle by making a tool that will allow you to save money at home.
