Justin Timberlake reportedly received warning from police officer before being pulled over for driving

We know a little more about Justin Timberlake’s arrest for drunk driving. Last week, the American star was just leaving the American Hotel, an establishment located in Sag Harbor, a very upscale town in the Hamptons, at the wheel of his sedan, when he was arrested on the pretext that he had run a stop sign and didn’t drive very straight.

Asked about his alcohol consumption, the singer assured that he had only drunk a Martini and categorically refused to blow into the balloon. Justin Timberlake therefore ended up at the station and spent the night in the sobering up cell. However, it seems that Justin Timberlake received https://twitter.com/pop_archives/status/1805345077289795894 from a police officer before getting behind the wheel.

A zealous officer

As Justin Timberlake was about to leave the establishment and get behind the wheel, an employee had the good sense to call the local police. An officer arrived in time to warn the artist that he was not in a condition to drive, and it was this same officer who then arrested him. That looks bad!

But according to a local source, the officer in question, a young recruit, did not seem aware of the privileges enjoyed by certain personalities in this place where the stars like to party discreetly. Besides, he wouldn’t have recognized Justin Timberlake!

Bad habits

“Everyone is going through that stop sign when there’s no one there,” a local restaurateur told New York Postsiding with Justin Timberlake. “People always recognize him and ask for a picture. He always takes them. He always has his cap pulled down and sunglasses on so it’s hard to recognize him.”

A mishap that has obviously shaken Justin Timberlake a little, who is in the middle of a world tour. He will also have to answer present, by video, to find out the fate that justice has in store for him on July 26. And that’s bad timing since he will be in Poland that day to start the European chapter of his tour!
