What exactly is a workplace? “It’s a workspace that a person or company will define for themselves and for their colleagues,” underlines Amal Alami, organizer of the event. Without forgetting the contribution that artificial intelligence will bring to the world of work,” she adds.

Two days of exploration and inspiration

The forum will take place over two days, structured around two editorial axes. A first dedicated to the “emergence“, through the exploration of new professional dynamics, new collaborative modes, new professions and new skills necessary to face the challenges of the future. And a second relating to the “ecommitment »through the involvement of workers in the co-creation of innovative solutions, imperatives of inclusion, social and environmental impact, and redefinition of the ideal of professional life.
