It might be a good idea to offer all age groups a New Year's book. This is how the municipal library welcomed in December Agnès Brown, prolific author, who came to present her latest novel: “We have an appointment.”, an intergenerational road trip with multiple twists and turns, both psychological and material, which will lead to readers in an unbridled adventure with an essential touch of humor. This book received the first prize of “La bal (l)ade littéraire de Lons 2024” this fall. This is just one step that rewards Agnès Brown, who is on her seventh work in just over two years of novel writing, and multiple new projects are already in preparation.

Born in in 1978, she developed a taste for very early on and the world of the Provençal hills pushed her towards a desire to escape through writing, an escape that we find in her works which are sometimes (or often) located in lands near or far (Scotland, Polynesia) which she documents with precision, whether she has been there or not, readers who have traveled there are amazed by the approach and the realism which shines through in his stories. Its main publishing house is “Plume de Marmotte”, which accompanies it with great attention, which allows Agnès Brown to now be distributed in all physical bookstores and the main online networks (FNAC, Babelio, Amazon etc.).
