While he was passing through podcast Take a Break, Patrick Groulx gave his opinion on the scandal that created Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge in March 2024 and which caused his withdrawal from the public sphere and from several of his television projects.
Asked by one of the presenters whether Guillaume had been judged too harshly or not enough, Patrick opened up on the subject and had the courage to express his opinion on this issue which has caused a lot of ink to flow. .
“I think it was judged correct (…) in fact, it’s not just that, it’s everything that came with it! This kind of hypocrisy, to make us believe that it is the only tree, that he did not know it and esti that I hated everything about it (…) the next day and his excuses and on the heads of lots of people (…)”, he said, also specifying that he had known him for a long time and wondered about what was going on in his head for several years.
“(…) he’s a good guy, I’ve known him for a long time, I don’t know what’s going on, but f*ck… he runs after there (…),” he continued, visibly discouraged.
Patrick, however, says he is very happy that society has evolved and that this type of situation is no longer tolerated and, above all, denounced.
