The action plan resulting from the government policy Aging and living together, at home, in your community, in Quebec, is more ambitious, innovative and inclusive, demonstrates a broader, concerted, coordinated and renewed approach to respond to the challenges of aging of the population.

It aims to support the implementation of 102 actions carried out by 34 partner government ministries and organizations, which are included in 12 areas of intervention on which it is necessary to act to achieve active aging and improve the living conditions of seniors. Support for the development, transfer and use of knowledge, research and social innovations is also planned.

Improving the standard of living, lifestyles and living environments, at the heart of the actions presented, calls on seniors, caregivers and families, stakeholders and professionals in the health and care network. social services, but also to actors from all sectors of society who are called upon to contribute to them.
