DECRYPTION – The independent alternative fund manager CIAM believes that it is the big loser in the proposed listing of Canal+ and Havas abroad.

The letter was sent by registered mail on Monday morning to 17 Place de la Bourse, headquarters of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). For a handful of small Vivendi shareholders, the time has now come for rebellion. As the General Meeting of December 9, 2024 approaches, during which the conglomerate's shareholders will be asked to vote to approve the proposed split of Vivendi into four listed entities, the independent alternative fund manager (hedge fund) CIAM is launching a last chance operation. “We have contacted the AMF to obtain respect for shareholder rights”explains to Figaro Catherine Berjal, cofondatrice de CIAM.
