This Monday, December 2, 2024, Yann Barthès hosted a new episode of Quotidien on TMC. The host then returned to an extraordinary event, organized the day before on the Champs Élysées in Paris. Indeed, a life-size game of 1, 2, 3, Soleil was offered by many steamers, such as Inoxtag or Maghla.
In total, 456 players took part in the game to promote season 2 of the Squid Game series. 220,000 people were also live on YouTube to see this incredible game and other spectators stopped on the Champs Élysées to admire this totally crazy game. On the set of Quotidien, Yann Barthès then received the young Maghla.
Yann Barthès suddenly changes tone with his guest
She is one of the organizers of this game. Asked about this, she says she is very proud to have been able to participate in such an event. But suddenly, Yann Barthès says to him:
“Your name is Barbara, you didn’t do the presentation, I’ll do it,” he said, making his guest let out a yellow laugh. “You were born in Les Lilas in Seine-Saint-Denis (…) You fell into video games very early”he says.
The young woman confirms, in fact, that her parents never placed any restrictions on her ability to play.
But the streamer says that with her good grades at school, she could play as much as she wanted.
Maghla, a young woman cyberharassed
A great revenge on life for Maghla, who was recently the victim of online harassment. “When someone uses your image even though they didn’t ask you to, it’s very complicated. I felt my privacy violated. So I hid under XXL sweaters but I was unhappy,” she indicated for GQ.
The young woman experienced very difficult times: “When I wore a tank top, I put my hand in front to avoid a screenshot. It had become reflexes. I had become a shadow of myself, I was no longer this sunny woman that those around me knew”,
she laments. “And then one day, I said to myself that whatever I do I will be sexualized. So I decided to listen only to myself and be who I wanted to be.”
