From the first episodes of The Villa of Broken Hearts season 9, Solène spoke openly about her painful past. During an interview with Sam Zirah, she reveals about her beginnings of adventure and her problems.

Solène Fouquez made her first television appearance in The Villa of Broken Hearts 8. While she was initially supposed to be a suitor, this great seductress, attracted to both men and women, seduced the production, which included her as a “broken heart”. His meeting with Lucie Mariotti, the love coach, was significant during his first participation. However, the beautiful blonde has not revealed all her secrets. In this session, she revealed deep trauma from her childhood, explaining that she never fully invested in her relationships because of abuse she suffered between the ages of 4 and 15. A trauma that she did not discuss with the other candidates at the time of the round table, but that she discussed alone with the love coach. “It’s first and foremost a desire of production”she explains to Sam Zirah. “I would have loved to be part of the starting line. But given my problem, they didn’t want me to talk about it in front of everyone”. Then, Solène confides going through phases of depression after having freed her words: “I’m still in it, I’m still on medication. I have chronic depression, once every two years, which will last six months.”
