The organizers’ desire is to help people discover, or rediscover, this magnificent part of Marrakech: the Agafay desert. A few kilometers south of the ocher city, this stone desert offers a unique and spectacular landscape, dotted with Amazigh villages and picturesque valleys. By highlighting the beauty and diversity of the Agafay landscapes, the organizers wish to raise awareness of the preservation of this exceptional environment.
