Ua pair of glasses equipped with video sensors, capable of identifying any person on the street in a few seconds, finding their contact details, their CV, the address of their loved ones: a gadget that could be found in any any series of anticipation. Or in spy films from the 90s. And that sends shivers down your spine.
But there is no trace of science fiction in the “I-Xray” project unveiled by AnhPhu Nguyen and Caine Ardayfio, two Harvard students a few days ago. By tampering with a pair of smart glasses produced by Meta, they managed to develop this worrying tool. In a video published on social networks, they show how the device works, quite simply.
