Rennes town hall issues an order to evacuate certain areas

Rain generated by Storm Éowyn this week caused several rivers to rise in northern France and the northwest of the country. The Rennes sector is particularly affected and along the Ille et Rance canal towards the hamlet of Apigné, at the western exit of the city, the situation is very difficult.

An evacuation order was issued by the City, the latter indicated on X this Sunday, which specified that two emergency reception centers had been opened for residents who could not be accommodated by relatives.
