A technical problem caused a short delay in the final of the 73rd Four Hills Tournament.

A drone camera, which was supposed to accompany ski jumpers in the air, suddenly found itself on the slope of the Paul-Ausserleitner-Schanze in Bischofshofen. After the interruption, an assistant raced in and retrieved the crashed drone.
No one was injured. the drone apparently fell to the ground during a break between two athletes. “We have a short break,” said the Bischofshofen stadium spokesperson. Soon after, things continued as planned.
The incident recalled an incident during an alpine ski race when Marcel Hirscher was nearly hit by a fallen drone during a slalom at Madonna di Campiglio in 2015.
