The day after their defeat against the San Antonio Spurs, the Denver Nuggets found a way to win 122-111 in overtime against the Texan team on Saturday at the Frost Bank Center.

It was a second consecutive duel between Nikola Jokic and Victor Wembanyama, and it was the Serb who had the upper hand with a performance of 46 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds.

On Friday, the reigning NBA MVP had 41 points, 18 rebounds and nine assists.

He also became the first player since Kobe Bryant in 2007 to attempt 35 shots in two consecutive games.

On the other side, the young French star, who celebrated his 21st birthday, scored a double of 20 points, 23 rebounds in addition to blocking four balls. This is the 57th double for Wembanyama in the NBA.

Jokic had the help of Michael Porter Jr. who recorded 28 points, in addition to collecting 10 rebounds.

For the Spurs, Harrison Barnes was the top scorer with 22 points. Chris Paul didn’t have a good game, collecting two points.

MIA : After suspending Jimmy Butler for seven games, the Heat lost for a second game in a row.

Karl-Anthony Towns and Jalen Brunson were the spark plugs for New York with 44 points and 33 points respectively.
CHI : Zach LaVine and Coby White both scored 33 points in the win.

Jaren Jackson Jr. and Desmond Bane scored 23 and 22 points in the loss.
GS : With the absence of Stephen Curry, Andrew Wiggins led the Warriors to victory with 24 points.

Trae Young scored a double of 20 points and 14 assists.
LAC : In his debut this season, Kawhi Leonard scored 12 points in 19 minutes of play.
