Two skiers injured in Graubünden

Two people were killed in a collision and fall this weekend in Graubünden.

Two skiers lost their lives this weekend after accidents on the slopes of Graubünden. A 24-year-old German boy died on Saturday following a collision with another skier in Klosters.

The same day, a 55-year-old man died from injuries sustained the day before in a fall in Tschiertschen.

Violence of the shock

In the first case, deplored in the Parsenn sector, the young skier, under the violence of the shock, was thrown against a padded panel. He could not be resuscitated, the Graubünden police said on Sunday.

In the second case, the injured man returned to his vacation home alone after falling while skiing with his son. He died the next day. The Graubünden justice system has opened an investigation.
