Monday, December 23, at 4:38 p.m., the two men in their black Audi A3 vehicle refused to stop during a police check. They then fled for 20 kilometers passing through Bourth, then Verneuil d'Avre and Iton, before losing control of their vehicle and ending their journey in a bus shelter in Breteuil (Eure).

The two individuals were quickly arrested by the police. The driver was tested positive for THC (cannabis) and drove despite having had his driving license revoked, while the passenger was placed under electronic monitoring.
