A working meeting was held at the headquarters of the Gafsa governorate to monitor the supply and distribution of domestic natural gas cylinders, ensuring their availability in sufficient quantities.
During this session, it was emphasized that it is imperative that individual taxi drivers as well as private vehicle owners do not resort to the use of domestic natural gas cylinders. Coordination measures have also been planned with central authorities to provide tanks that meet safety standards and make them available to professionals in the transport sector. In addition, collaboration with security forces was envisaged to carry out awareness and control campaigns, aimed at combating the illegal use of domestic gas cylinders by private car owners, said a local source in Jawhara.
